Made-to-Order Products
Every product in our store is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size choice, or change of mind. Please use our size guide before ordering.
We’ll Replace or Refund If…
We stand behind our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund:

Printing error or poor print quality

Defective item or damage during shipping

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost, or refund your payment method within 3–5 business days.
Size Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit:

We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless we made an error).

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import duties charged at delivery.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs cannot be refunded.
